Fat: 83.62g | Prot: 52.06g | Carb: 193.34g.   Breakfast:  Coffee, Egg Omelet or Scrambled Egg, Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Freshly Squeezed Orange Juice, Red Tomatoes , Whole Wheat Bread. Lunch:  Cauliflower, Chicken Thigh (Skin Not Eaten), Cooked Summer Squash, Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Ginger (Ground) , Green Snap Beans (Frozen) , Minced Garlic, Organic Whole Baby Asparagus, Pumpkin , Spearmint . Dinner:  Plums, String-Ums String Cheese Mozzarella. Snacks/Other:  Bananas, Brisk Lemon Iced Tea (Can), Date, Grapes (Red or Green, European Type Varieties Such As Thompson Seedless), Mixed Nuts, twix.
