Fat: 83.62g | Prot: 52.06g | Carb: 193.34g.   Breakfast:  Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Freshly Squeezed Orange Juice, Whole Wheat Bread, Red Tomatoes , Egg Omelet or Scrambled Egg, Coffee. Lunch:  Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Minced Garlic, Spearmint , Green Snap Beans (Frozen) , Organic Whole Baby Asparagus, Ginger (Ground) , Chicken Thigh (Skin Not Eaten), Pumpkin , Cauliflower, Cooked Summer Squash. Dinner:  String-Ums String Cheese Mozzarella, Plums. Snacks/Other:  Date, Mixed Nuts, Grapes (Red or Green, European Type Varieties Such As Thompson Seedless), twix, Brisk Lemon Iced Tea (Can), Bananas.
