Fat: 83.99g | Prot: 163.53g | Carb: 127.69g.   Breakfast:  gimme lean, extra virgin olive oil, fried eggs, quinoa, milk, coffee. Lunch:  quinoa, salmon, stir fry. Dinner:  seaweed salad, sashimi dinner. Snacks/Other:  planters mixed nuts, nugo bar, starbucks peppermint frapuccino sugar free.
