Fat: 83.16g | Prot: 72.75g | Carb: 204.44g.   Breakfast:  blueberries, cherries, milk, oatmeal, sugar, walnuts. Lunch:  100% Whole Wheat Bread, almonds, american cheese singles, lite mayo, ralph's pudding. Dinner:  crepe, ipa. Snacks/Other:  d'anjou pear, kroger ice cream sandwiches.
