Fat: 50.58g | Prot: 78.32g | Carb: 352.75g.   Breakfast:  Skimmed Milk, Minis Chocolate Chip. Lunch:  weat bread subway, chicken, smoked turkey, multigrain chips, honey mustard, mixed vegetables. Dinner:  bulgur, low fat yogurt. Snacks/Other:  granola apple nature valley, Pick Up, banana, apple, Chewy Granola Bars - Chocolate Chunk, carrot, multigrain chips.
