Dinner:  Beef Rib Eye (Small End, Lean Only, Trimmed to 0" Fat, Choice Grade), Fried Breaded or Battered Yellow or Green Summer Squash, Tator Puffs. Snacks/Other:  Low Sugar Concord Grape Jelly, Roast Beef (Lean Only Eaten), SunButter.
