Fat: 26.45g | Prot: 75.83g | Carb: 123.34g.   Breakfast:  subway muffin, tomato slice, spinach, folgers, equal, milk. Lunch:  grilled chicken breast great value, tomato slice, lettuce leaf. Dinner:  valley fresh steamers broccoli and cheese, marie callender's chicken alfredo broccoli, cream corn great value, cod. Snacks/Other:  Sweetened Iced Tea.
