Fat: 26.45g | Prot: 75.83g | Carb: 123.34g.   Breakfast:  equal, folgers, milk, spinach, subway muffin, tomato slice. Lunch:  grilled chicken breast great value, lettuce leaf, tomato slice. Dinner:  cod, cream corn great value, marie callender's chicken alfredo broccoli, valley fresh steamers broccoli and cheese. Snacks/Other:  Sweetened Iced Tea.
