Fat: 30.71g | Prot: 68.23g | Carb: 96.80g.   Breakfast:  bacon, Bread, coffee, poached egg. Lunch:  Apples. Dinner:  Butro, Olde Cape Homestyle Brown Health Bread, Roast It Mediterranean Mix, Sole (Fish). Snacks/Other:  Cappuccino, Mixed Berries, Tea with Milk and Sugar.
