Fat: 61.85g | Prot: 81.43g | Carb: 235.80g.   Breakfast:  Apples. Lunch:  Cornmeal Mush made with Water, Sugar, Cheddar Cheese, Okra, Skim or Nonfat Milk (0.5% or Less Butterfat), Minced Beef (80% Lean / 20% Fat). Dinner:  Brown Rice, Potato Salad with Egg, Fried Floured or Breaded Fish. Snacks/Other:  Matzo Crackers.
