Fat: 42.59g | Prot: 77.93g | Carb: 161.44g.   Breakfast:  Coffee (Brewed From Grounds), Coffee Creamer - Hazelnut, Neufchatel Cheese, Sesame Bagel. Lunch:  French Green Lentils, Egg. Dinner:  Rotisserie Chicken (Skin Not Eaten), Cooked Kale (from Fresh), Walnut Oil. Snacks/Other:  Grapefruit, Dry Roasted Peanuts (with Salt), Bananas.
