Fat: 42.59g | Prot: 77.93g | Carb: 161.44g.   Breakfast:  Coffee (Brewed From Grounds), Coffee Creamer - Hazelnut, Neufchatel Cheese, Sesame Bagel. Lunch:  Egg, French Green Lentils. Dinner:  Cooked Kale (from Fresh), Rotisserie Chicken (Skin Not Eaten), Walnut Oil. Snacks/Other:  Bananas, Dry Roasted Peanuts (with Salt), Grapefruit.
