Fat: 51.20g | Prot: 147.45g | Carb: 73.13g.   Breakfast:  All Natural Quarter-Pound Turkey Burgers, Coffee (Brewed From Grounds) , Granulated Splenda, Large Grade A Eggs, Milk (1% Lowfat with Added Vitamin A) . Lunch:  Deli Fresh Oven Roasted Turkey Breast, Rich & Hearty Chicken Pot Pie Style Soup. Dinner:  Applesauce (No Sugar Added), Cauliflower, Green Peas (Frozen), Steamed or Poached Salmon. Snacks/Other:  100 Calorie Nutty Buddy Bar.
