Fat: 62.88g | Prot: 125.92g | Carb: 269.06g.   Breakfast:  Baked Potato with Sour Cream, Blueberris, Peach, Red Seedless Grapes, Strawberries, Yogurt. Lunch:  McDonald's balsamic, McDonald's sausage mc muffin, McDonald's southwest salad. Dinner:  Baked or Broiled Scallops, Bread, Salad, Shrimp, Wine. Snacks/Other:  Coca-Cola (Small), Crime brulee.
