Fat: 62.88g | Prot: 125.92g | Carb: 269.06g.   Breakfast:  Peach, Yogurt, Blueberris, Strawberries, Red Seedless Grapes, Baked Potato with Sour Cream. Lunch:  McDonald's sausage mc muffin, McDonald's southwest salad, McDonald's balsamic. Dinner:  Shrimp, Baked or Broiled Scallops, Salad, Wine, Bread. Snacks/Other:  Coca-Cola (Small), Crime brulee.
