Fat: 90.61g | Prot: 92.19g | Carb: 369.58g.   Breakfast:  Minis Chocolate Chip, Skimmed Milk. Lunch:  cheddar, chicken, multigrain chips, weat bread subway. Dinner:  Arabic Brown Bread (Pita), bread, chicken breaded, hummus, Kashkawal Light, mixed vegetables, oil, pasta cheese chicken, pita bread, whole wheat toast. Snacks/Other:  carrot, Chewy Granola Bars - Chocolate Chunk, Choco Pie, granola apple nature valley, hershey.
