Fat: 38.33g | Prot: 124.36g | Carb: 71.73g.   Breakfast:  100% Liquid Egg Whites, Cheddar Style Shreds. Lunch:  Ortega tortilla strips, Real Mayonnaise, Sweet Pickle Relish, Tongal Tuna. Dinner:  Broccoli, Roast Beef (Lean Only Eaten), White Rice. Snacks/Other:  7 Sprouted Grains Bread.
