Fat: 52.99g | Prot: 73.21g | Carb: 276.22g.   Breakfast:  Strawberries, Regular Coffee, Cage Free Grade A Brown Egg, No Calorie Sweetener Packets, Land O Lakes(R) Half & Half Fat Free, 2% Milk Singles Sharp Cheddar. Lunch:  Whole Grain Chicken, Broccoli & Cheddar, Diet Half 'n Half Lemonade Iced Tea (Snapple). Dinner:  Roasted Brussels Sprouts, Cabernet Sauvignon Wine, Tortilla Corn Chips, Seven Layer Dip, Flatbread Pizza. Snacks/Other:  Bottled Water, Bananas, Tea (Brewed), Greek 100 Yogurt - Strawberry, Air Popped Popcorn, Special Dark Chocolate Bar.
