Lunch:  Brussels Sprouts (Frozen), Chicken Gyoza Potstickers, Gyoza Dipping Sauce, Roasted Broiled or Baked Chicken Breast. Dinner:  Balsamic Vinegar of Modena, Cooked Eggplant, Excellence Extra Fine Dark Chocolate 85% Cocoa, Mojito Salmon, Pinot Grigio, Tomatoes.
