Fat: 78.25g | Prot: 79.63g | Carb: 189.44g.   Breakfast:  Almond Milk, Bananas, Pomegranate juice cocktail, zero sugar added, Roasted Broiled or Baked Chicken, Special K Original Cereal. Lunch:  Cheese and Fruit Bistro Box. Dinner:  Avocados, Blackberries, Cherry Tomatoes, Chili No Beans, Cucumber (Peeled), Cut Green Beans, Hardwood Smoked Turkey Franks, Light & Fit Greek Yogurt, Pecan Nuts, Whole Kernel Corn. Snacks/Other:  Bell Peppers, Garlic & Herb Cheese Wedge, Ice Cream Bar, Snack Bars - Peanut Butter (100 Calorie) (South Beach Diet).
