Lunch:  Avocados, Beef Bottom Sirloin (Tri-Tip Roast, Lean Only, Trimmed to 0" Fat, Select Grade), Mushrooms, Tortilla. Dinner:  Applesauce, Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast Fillets, Mayonnaise, Whole Wheat Bread. Snacks/Other:  95% Fat Free Lean White Honey Smoked Turkey Cold Cuts, Bean Soup, Caramel Turtle Ice Cream Cake, Cottage Cheese.
