Lunch: Oats, Skim or Nonfat Milk (0.5% or Less Butterfat), Sponge Cake without Icing. Dinner: Brown Rice, Cabbage, Cooked Dry or Black, Brown or Bayo Beans (Fat Not Added in Cooking), Olive Oil, Swiss Roll Cake Green Tea. Snacks/Other: Rice Cake Cracker, Sponge Cake with Icing.
