Fat: 72.99g | Prot: 79.58g | Carb: 459.54g.   Breakfast:  Apples, Cheddar Cheese, Milk (Fat Free or Skim, Calcium Fortified), Mixed Nuts, Multigrain Bread. Lunch:  Oats, Skim or Nonfat Milk (0.5% or Less Butterfat), Sponge Cake without Icing. Dinner:  Brown Rice, Cabbage, Cooked Dry or Black, Brown or Bayo Beans (Fat Not Added in Cooking), Olive Oil, Swiss Roll Cake Green Tea. Snacks/Other:  Rice Cake Cracker, Sponge Cake with Icing.
