Fat: 72.99g | Prot: 79.58g | Carb: 459.54g.   Breakfast:  Apples, Mixed Nuts, Cheddar Cheese, Multigrain Bread, Milk (Fat Free or Skim, Calcium Fortified). Lunch:  Skim or Nonfat Milk (0.5% or Less Butterfat), Oats, Sponge Cake without Icing. Dinner:  Cooked Dry or Black, Brown or Bayo Beans (Fat Not Added in Cooking), Brown Rice, Cabbage, Olive Oil, Swiss Roll Cake Green Tea. Snacks/Other:  Sponge Cake with Icing, Rice Cake Cracker.
