Fat: 149.93g | Prot: 152.65g | Carb: 122.62g.   Breakfast:  Clementines , Egg White , Green Tea. Lunch:  Chunky Artichoke & Jalapeno Dip, Cottage Cheese, Cucumber (with Peel) , Dill Cucumber Pickles , Reduced Fat American Cheese, Salami, Shaved Smoked White Turkey Lunch Meat, Toasted Rye Bread , Tomatoes. Dinner:  Brussels Sprouts, Cottage Cheese, Grilled Chicken Breast Fillets. Snacks/Other:  Dry Roasted Pistachio Nuts (with Salt Added), Pretzel Crisps - Original, Red Salsa, Tortilla Corn Chips.
