Fat: 72.88g | Prot: 107.61g | Carb: 88.23g.   Breakfast:  Bacon, Breakfast Sausage, Country Style Pork Sausage, Egg White, Onions, Sweet Red Peppers, White Potatoes (Flesh and Skin). Lunch:  Raw Protein, Unsweetened Flax Milk. Dinner:  Cheddar Style Shreds, Chicken Meat (Roasting), Dried Cranberries, Organic Spring Mix, Ortega tortilla strips, Roasted Pumpkin and Squash Seed Kernels (Without Salt), Vinaigrette Dressing. Snacks/Other:  Baked Breaded or Battered Catfish, Cooked Eggplant, Fried Rice.
