Fat: 72.88g | Prot: 107.61g | Carb: 88.23g.   Breakfast:  Egg White, Breakfast Sausage, White Potatoes (Flesh and Skin), Country Style Pork Sausage, Onions, Sweet Red Peppers, Bacon. Lunch:  Unsweetened Flax Milk, Raw Protein. Dinner:  Dried Cranberries, Roasted Pumpkin and Squash Seed Kernels (Without Salt), Organic Spring Mix, Vinaigrette Dressing, Cheddar Style Shreds, Ortega tortilla strips, Chicken Meat (Roasting). Snacks/Other:  Baked Breaded or Battered Catfish, Cooked Eggplant, Fried Rice.
