Fat: 31.27g | Prot: 85.73g | Carb: 186.77g.   Breakfast:  banana, meal replment shake, nonfat light Yoplait yogurt. Lunch:  Hy-top reduced fat wheat crackers, kirkland albacore tuna, light mayonnaise, Progresso Chicken Noodle soup with homemade noodles, sara lee soft and smooth whole wheat bread. Dinner:  broccoli, cauliflower, petite sirloin steak, steak sauce, Tostitos salsa con queso. Snacks/Other:  dried mangoes, Tootsie rolls.
