Fat: 19.71g | Prot: 25.59g | Carb: 85.04g.   Breakfast:  Cheddar Cheese , Fruit Yogurt (Lowfat, 9g Protein Per 8oz) , Light Butter, Regular Coffee, Roti. Lunch:  Fruit Yogurt (Nonfat) , Regular Coffee, Tuna Salad Sandwich with Lettuce. Dinner:  Budweiser Beer, Budweiser Beer, Gin (90 Proof) , Tonic Water .
