Fat: 67.73g | Prot: 118.87g | Carb: 250.65g.   Breakfast:  Builder's Bar - Peanut Butter, Egg Omelet or Scrambled Egg with Beef, Multigrain English Muffin. Lunch:  Fruit and Maple Brown Sugar Oatmeal. Dinner:  100% Natural Italian Sauce Flavored with Meat, Ground Turkey, Italian Salad Dressing (Fat Free) , Lettuce Salad with Assorted Vegetables, PLUS Penne Pasta, Seasoned Croutons. Snacks/Other:  Chicken Selects Premium Breast Strips (3 Pieces), Power Crunch Peanut Butter Fudge Bar, Tortilla.
