Fat: 109.57g | Prot: 113.87g | Carb: 212.13g.   Breakfast:  ALMOND BREEZ UNSWT CHOC BD A6, Clementines, Peaches, Pecan Nuts, Pomegranate juice cocktail, zero sugar added, Special K Original Cereal, Turkey Breast Meat (Fryer-Roasters, Cooked, Roasted), Whole Wheat Sandwich Thins. Lunch:  Apples, Corn, Light & Fit Greek - Strawberry, Spinach, Turkey Meat (Cooked, Roasted), Walnuts. Dinner:  Aunt Nellie's Whole Pickled Beets, Avocados, Bell Peppers, Cucumber (Peeled), Cut Green Beans, Light & Fit Yogurt - Strawberry, Peaches, Roasted Broiled or Baked Chicken, Whole Kernel Corn, Whole Kernel Corn (No Salt Added). Snacks/Other:  Almonds, Arctic Zero Ice Cream Bar, Clementines, Pecan Nuts, Pistachio Nuts.
