Fat: 109.57g | Prot: 113.87g | Carb: 212.13g.   Breakfast:  Turkey Breast Meat (Fryer-Roasters, Cooked, Roasted), Whole Wheat Sandwich Thins, ALMOND BREEZ UNSWT CHOC BD A6, Special K Original Cereal, Pomegranate juice cocktail, zero sugar added, Peaches, Pecan Nuts, Clementines. Lunch:  Turkey Meat (Cooked, Roasted), Light & Fit Greek - Strawberry, Apples, Corn, Spinach, Walnuts. Dinner:  Whole Kernel Corn (No Salt Added), Cut Green Beans, Roasted Broiled or Baked Chicken, Peaches, Avocados, Light & Fit Yogurt - Strawberry, Cucumber (Peeled), Whole Kernel Corn, Aunt Nellie's Whole Pickled Beets, Bell Peppers. Snacks/Other:  Clementines, Pecan Nuts, Arctic Zero Ice Cream Bar, Almonds, Pistachio Nuts.
