Fat: 91.13g | Prot: 95.82g | Carb: 55.25g.   Breakfast:  Coffee, Spinach, Egg, Tomato, Mushroom. Lunch:  Hamburger , Avocado, Marc Almonds. Dinner:  Turkey, Spinach, Salsa, Portabella Mushrooms. Snacks/Other:  Simply Kraft Cottage Cheese, Strawberries, Blackberries, Spectrum Flax, Smart Balance Peanut Butter.
