Fat: 28.55g | Prot: 51.32g | Carb: 144.51g.   Breakfast:  oatmeal, peanut butter. Lunch:  21 grain organic, bar s sliced ham, choclate low fat milk. Dinner:  10 in flour tortilla, margarita mix, trader joes chili. Snacks/Other:  celery with peanutbutter.
