Fat: 59.51g | Prot: 169.54g | Carb: 184.30g.   Breakfast:  coffee, diced ham, egg whites, eggs scrambled. Lunch:  promax cookie dough. Dinner:  creamy peanut butter, honey dijon salad dressing kraft, SALAD, white bread. Snacks/Other:  smart stuff, smart stuff, Starkist Tuna.
