Fat: 27.85g | Prot: 86.20g | Carb: 225.94g.   Breakfast:  Oat Revolution - Very Berry. Lunch:  Broccoli Stir Fry Vegetables, Chicken Breast (Skin Not Eaten), Skillet Sauce Scampi. Dinner:  Corn Flakes, Fiber One Original, Honey Bunches of Oats Honey Roasted, Milk (Nonfat), Unflavored Protein Powder. Snacks/Other:  3 Bean Chili, Animal Crackers, Pink Lady Apples, Twinkies Golden Sponge Cake with Creamy Filling, Wheat Thins Crackers - Zesty Salsa.
