Lunch:  21 Whole Grains Bread, Caffe Mocha (Tall), Natural Almond Butter - Chocolate, Pears, Pears. Dinner:  21 Whole Grains Bread, Chicken Breast, Coconut & Peanut Spread, Gouda Cheese, Mushrooms, Olive Oil, Quinoa (Cooked), Spaghetti/Marinara Pasta Sauce, Strawberries. Snacks/Other:  Avocados, blueberries, Ground Turkey 90/10, italian dressing, Ketchup, orange, roast beef deli, spinach, Whole Wheat English Muffins.
