Lunch:  Caffe Mocha (Tall), 21 Whole Grains Bread, Natural Almond Butter - Chocolate, Pears, Pears. Dinner:  Quinoa (Cooked), Chicken Breast, Spaghetti/Marinara Pasta Sauce, Olive Oil, Gouda Cheese, 21 Whole Grains Bread, Strawberries, Coconut & Peanut Spread, Mushrooms. Snacks/Other:  Ground Turkey 90/10, Whole Wheat English Muffins, Avocados, Ketchup, italian dressing, roast beef deli, spinach, orange, blueberries.
