Fat: 70.56g | Prot: 170.64g | Carb: 178.52g.   Breakfast:  2% Fat Milk, Extra Lean Deli Sliced Ham, Egg, Egg White , Light & Healthy Multigrain English Muffins. Lunch:  Cottage Cheese (Lowfat 1% Milkfat) , Multi-Grain Bread, Broccoli Slaw, Cucumber (with Peel) , Extra Lean Deli Sliced Ham. Dinner:  Sloppy Joe Sauce, Ground Beef (95% Lean / 5% Fat, Patty, Cooked, Broiled), Cottage Cheese (Lowfat 1% Milkfat) , whole wheat hamburger bun. Snacks/Other:  Fuji Apples, Colby Jack Cheese, Wheat Thins Crackers - Reduced Fat, Milk (2% Lowfat with Added Vitamin A), Blueberries (Unsweetened, Frozen), Unsweetened Frozen Raspberries, Walnuts.
