Fat: 70.56g | Prot: 170.64g | Carb: 178.52g.   Breakfast:  2% Fat Milk, Egg, Egg White , Extra Lean Deli Sliced Ham, Light & Healthy Multigrain English Muffins. Lunch:  Broccoli Slaw, Cottage Cheese (Lowfat 1% Milkfat) , Cucumber (with Peel) , Extra Lean Deli Sliced Ham, Multi-Grain Bread. Dinner:  Cottage Cheese (Lowfat 1% Milkfat) , Ground Beef (95% Lean / 5% Fat, Patty, Cooked, Broiled), Sloppy Joe Sauce, whole wheat hamburger bun. Snacks/Other:  Blueberries (Unsweetened, Frozen), Colby Jack Cheese, Fuji Apples, Milk (2% Lowfat with Added Vitamin A), Unsweetened Frozen Raspberries, Walnuts, Wheat Thins Crackers - Reduced Fat.
