Breakfast: Coconut Oil, Espresso Coffee, Heavy Cream, Whey Protein Powder, Whole Milk. Lunch: Bacon, Butter, Cheddar Cheese, Scrambled Eggs. Dinner: Bacon, Balsamic Vinegar, Mayo, Mixed Greens, Olive Oil, Tuna, Whole Milk. Snacks/Other: Chicharron De Cerdo, cottage cheese.
