Fat: 79.05g | Prot: 100.33g | Carb: 380.50g.   Breakfast:  Labneh Light, Minis Chocolate Chip, Skimmed Milk, whole weat toast. Lunch:  beans, Beef, rice. Dinner:  french fries, mayonnaise, subway honey oat bread, tuna. Snacks/Other:  biscuit, biscuits, Chewy Granola Bars - Chocolate Chunk, low fat yogurt, marshmallow, sugar free hershey syrup, voortman, whipped cream light.
