Fat: 79.05g | Prot: 100.33g | Carb: 380.50g.   Breakfast:  Skimmed Milk, Minis Chocolate Chip, whole weat toast, Labneh Light. Lunch:  rice, beans, Beef. Dinner:  subway honey oat bread, tuna, mayonnaise, french fries. Snacks/Other:  biscuit, biscuits, marshmallow, Chewy Granola Bars - Chocolate Chunk, whipped cream light, voortman, sugar free hershey syrup, low fat yogurt.
