Fat: 29.12g | Prot: 43.29g | Carb: 118.20g.   Breakfast:  Fruit Yogurt (Lowfat, 9g Protein Per 8oz) , Regular Coffee, Cheddar Cheese , Light Butter, Roti. Lunch:  Fruit Yogurt (Nonfat) , Regular Coffee, Garlic Naan Bread, Bombay Butter Chicken, Jodhpur Lentils. Dinner:  Budweiser Beer, Gin (90 Proof) , Tonic Water , Budweiser Beer.
