Fat: 40.75g | Prot: 64.21g | Carb: 267.25g.   Breakfast:  Maple and Brown Sugar Instant Oatmeal, Unsweetened Soymilk. Lunch:  Chick Peas (Garbanzos), kwikery eight grain bread, light original buttery spread, progresso garden vegetable. Dinner:  lemon pudding, Shortcake/Cobbler Mix, unsweetened soya milk.
