Fat: 124.64g | Prot: 125.48g | Carb: 70.44g.   Breakfast:  Coffee, Quick Oatmeal (1 or 3 Minutes). Lunch:  Caesar Salad (Half Portion), Hamburger Soup. Dinner:  Cooked Carrots, Ribeye (12 oz). Snacks/Other:  Peanuts in Shell (Shell Not Eaten).
