Fat: 64.83g | Prot: 102.99g | Carb: 201.69g.   Breakfast:  Pomegranate juice cocktail, zero sugar added, Almond Milk, Turkey Bacon, Bananas, All-Bran Complete Wheat Flakes, Walnuts, Pecan Nuts, Turkey Bacon. Lunch:  Light & Fit Greek - Strawberry, Peaches, Chicken Breast, Just For One - Broccoli, Carrots & Italian Seasoning, Kiwifruit (Chinese Gooseberries) (Stored), Clementines. Dinner:  Fresh Cut Whole Leaf Spinach, Diced New Potatoes, Bell Peppers, Cherry Tomatoes, Avocados, Cucumber (Peeled), Turkey Meat (Cooked, Roasted), Kiwi Fruit, Aunt Nellie's Whole Pickled Beets. Snacks/Other:  Arctic Zero Ice Cream Bar, Clementines, Peach.
