Fat: 64.83g | Prot: 102.99g | Carb: 201.69g.   Breakfast:  All-Bran Complete Wheat Flakes, Almond Milk, Bananas, Pecan Nuts, Pomegranate juice cocktail, zero sugar added, Turkey Bacon, Turkey Bacon, Walnuts. Lunch:  Chicken Breast, Clementines, Just For One - Broccoli, Carrots & Italian Seasoning, Kiwifruit (Chinese Gooseberries) (Stored), Light & Fit Greek - Strawberry, Peaches. Dinner:  Aunt Nellie's Whole Pickled Beets, Avocados, Bell Peppers, Cherry Tomatoes, Cucumber (Peeled), Diced New Potatoes, Fresh Cut Whole Leaf Spinach, Kiwi Fruit, Turkey Meat (Cooked, Roasted). Snacks/Other:  Arctic Zero Ice Cream Bar, Clementines, Peach.
