Fat: 49.67g | Prot: 73.83g | Carb: 174.15g.   Breakfast:  1% Fat Milk, Blueberries , Coffee (Brewed From Grounds) , Crunchy Peanut Butter, Orange Juice , Steel Cut Irish Oatmeal, Strawberries . Lunch:  Goats Cheese (Soft), Grits with Cheese (Fat Added in Cooking), Lettuce Salad with Assorted Vegetables, Pale Ale, Sour Dough Bread, Tilapia (Fish), Vinaigrette Dressing. Snacks/Other:  Budweiser Beer.
