Dinner:  Cut Green Beans w/sea salt (Canned), Homestyle Beef Pot Roast with Savory Gravy, Mashed Potato, Sour Dough Bread. Snacks/Other:  GOLEAN Crunch! Protein & High Fiber Cereal, Light Vanilla Soy Milk.
