Fat: 87.81g | Prot: 82.67g | Carb: 265.43g.   Breakfast:  Cheddar Cheese, Milk (Fat Free or Skim, Calcium Fortified), Multigrain Bread, Oats, Sugar. Lunch:  Meatless Calzone with Cheese, Pasta with Cheese and Meat Sauce, Tiramisu. Dinner:  Brown Rice, Red Kidney Beans (with Salt, Cooked, Boiled). Snacks/Other:  Milk Chocolate.
