Fat: 59.76g | Prot: 81.55g | Carb: 133.56g.   Breakfast:  Blackberries, Blueberries, Raspberries, Strawberries, Raw Almonds, Unsweetened Plain Soy Yogurt. Lunch:  Chicken or Turkey Vegetable Soup (Home Recipe), Fruit Cup (Medium). Dinner:  Grilled Salmon, Roasted Brussel Sprouts, Roasted Cauliflower. Snacks/Other:  Go Raw Spirulina Energy Bar, Apples, Raw Almond Butter.
