Lunch: Cucumber (with Peel) , Grapefruit in Light Syrup (Canned or Frozen), Hummus , Lettuce Salad with Assorted Vegetables (Including Tomatoes and/or Carrots), Salami, Shaved Smoked White Turkey Lunch Meat. Dinner: Cooked Broccoli, Grilled Fish. Snacks/Other: Air Popped Popcorn, Apples, Celery , Chunky Artichoke & Jalapeno Dip, Oranges.
