Fat: 74.79g | Prot: 99.36g | Carb: 114.38g.   Breakfast:  Bacon, Fried Egg, Green Tea, Plain or Buttermilk Biscuits. Lunch:  Cucumber (with Peel) , Grapefruit in Light Syrup (Canned or Frozen), Hummus , Lettuce Salad with Assorted Vegetables (Including Tomatoes and/or Carrots), Salami, Shaved Smoked White Turkey Lunch Meat. Dinner:  Cooked Broccoli, Grilled Fish. Snacks/Other:  Air Popped Popcorn, Apples, Celery , Chunky Artichoke & Jalapeno Dip, Oranges.
