Fat: 74.79g | Prot: 99.36g | Carb: 114.38g.   Breakfast:  Green Tea, Fried Egg, Bacon, Plain or Buttermilk Biscuits. Lunch:  Grapefruit in Light Syrup (Canned or Frozen), Hummus , Shaved Smoked White Turkey Lunch Meat, Lettuce Salad with Assorted Vegetables (Including Tomatoes and/or Carrots), Cucumber (with Peel) , Salami. Dinner:  Grilled Fish, Cooked Broccoli. Snacks/Other:  Apples, Oranges, Chunky Artichoke & Jalapeno Dip, Celery , Air Popped Popcorn.
