Lunch:  Certified Angus Beef Burger, Hamburger or Hotdog Rolls, Very Veggie Salad, lite raspberry walnut. Dinner:  pure almond milk, whey protein. Snacks/Other:  Organic Quick Oats, Frozen Strawberries, Builders Bar (Peanut Butter), Builder's Bar - Vanilla yytyAlmond.
