Fat: 84.12g | Prot: 116.15g | Carb: 199.50g.   Breakfast:  Flax Plus Multibran Flakes, whole milk. Lunch:  canola oil, hash brown, multigrain bread, poached egg, Roma tomato, sausage. Dinner:  fish, noodles. Snacks/Other:  ice cream, Chocolate Snack Cake (Creme Filled with Frosting).
