Fat: 111.99g | Prot: 114.75g | Carb: 224.78g.   Breakfast:  Croissant, Fruit Yogurt (Nonfat), Tangerines (Mandarin Oranges). Lunch:  Bacon, Roasted Potato, Swiss Cheese. Dinner:  Beef Steak, Deep Fried Potato French Fries (from Frozen), Gin and Tonic, Red Table Wine, White Table Wine.
