Lunch:  Special K Protein Shake - Strawberry, Frozen Sliced Strawberries, Frozen Peaches. Dinner:  Toasted Multigrain Bread, Scrambled Egg (Whole, Cooked). Snacks/Other:  Special K Chocolatey Strawberry Cereal, Milk (Fat Free or Skim, Calcium Fortified).
