Lunch:  Frozen Peaches, Frozen Sliced Strawberries, Special K Protein Shake - Strawberry. Dinner:  Scrambled Egg (Whole, Cooked), Toasted Multigrain Bread. Snacks/Other:  Milk (Fat Free or Skim, Calcium Fortified), Special K Chocolatey Strawberry Cereal.
