Fat: 75.28g | Prot: 97.01g | Carb: 197.37g.   Breakfast:  Bananas, Turkey Bacon, Almond Milk, Whole Wheat Sandwich Thins, ALMOND BREEZ UNSWT CHOC BD A6, All-Bran Original, Sugar Free Strawberry Preserves, Pomegranate juice cocktail, zero sugar added, Walnuts. Lunch:  Almonds, Pecan Nuts, Turkey Meat (Cooked, Roasted), Peaches, Apples, Light & Fit Greek yogurt (blueberry, Walnuts, 100% Whole Wheat Sandwich Thins Minis. Dinner:  Light & Fit Greek - Strawberry, Turkey Breast Meat (Fryer-Roasters), Bell Peppers, Strawberries, Whole Kernel Corn, Blackberries. Snacks/Other:  Almonds, Pecan Nuts, Walnuts, Arctic Zero Ice Cream Bar.
