Fat: 75.28g | Prot: 97.01g | Carb: 197.37g.   Breakfast:  All-Bran Original, ALMOND BREEZ UNSWT CHOC BD A6, Almond Milk, Bananas, Pomegranate juice cocktail, zero sugar added, Sugar Free Strawberry Preserves, Turkey Bacon, Walnuts, Whole Wheat Sandwich Thins. Lunch:  100% Whole Wheat Sandwich Thins Minis, Almonds, Apples, Light & Fit Greek yogurt (blueberry, Peaches, Pecan Nuts, Turkey Meat (Cooked, Roasted), Walnuts. Dinner:  Bell Peppers, Blackberries, Light & Fit Greek - Strawberry, Strawberries, Turkey Breast Meat (Fryer-Roasters), Whole Kernel Corn. Snacks/Other:  Almonds, Arctic Zero Ice Cream Bar, Pecan Nuts, Walnuts.
