Fat: 59.98g | Prot: 72.66g | Carb: 232.82g.   Breakfast:  Coffee (Brewed From Grounds), Fat Free French Vanilla Liquid Coffee Creamer, Center Cut Bacon, Blueberry Pancakes, Sugar Free Breakfast Syrup. Lunch:  Lighten Up Honey Mustard Dressing, Spring Mix, Deli Fresh Meats Honey Smoked Turkey Breast, White Bread made with Whole Grains, 2% Milk American Cheese Singles, Sweet Potato French Fries. Dinner:  Cooked Green String Beans (Fat Added in Cooking), Brown Sugar Barbecue Seasoned Chicken Breast Cutlets, Sangria. Snacks/Other:  Fruit & Grain Cereal Bars - Strawberry, White Corn Tortillas, Cheese Kuchen.
