Lunch:  Cheddar Cheese, Miso Soup, Oats, Okra, Olive Oil, Skim or Nonfat Milk (0.5% or Less Butterfat), Sweet Potato, Sweet Potato, Whole Wheat Bread. Dinner:  Cheddar Cheese, Strawberries, Whole Wheat Bread.
