Lunch:  Multigrain Bread, Tomatoes, Coffee, Egg White, Broccoli, Mushrooms, Sugar Free Apricot Preserves, Sugar Free Concord Grape Jelly with Fiber, Non Dairy Creamer, Tomato Ketchup, Chocolate Chip Cookie. Dinner:  food lentils, Organic Chicken Stock, Mirepoix, Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts, Brown Mushrooms (Crimini Italian), Pink Lady Apples, Asian Pears. Snacks/Other:  Total 0% Greek Yogurt, Blueberries (Unsweetened, Frozen), Light String Cheese, Bran Cereal.
