Fat: 132.11g | Prot: 109.60g | Carb: 304.55g.   Breakfast:  Coffee, Crunchy Peanut Butter, Double Fiber English Muffins, Orange Juice , Sugar Free Strawberry Preserves. Lunch:  Cheddar Cheese , Turkey Burger. Dinner:  Black Beans & Rice, Guacamole, Nacho Cheese, Salsa, Soft Taco with Chicken, Cheese, Lettuce, Tomato and Sour Cream, Tortilla Corn Chips, Trippel Ale. Snacks/Other:  Vegan Chocolate Chip Cookies.
